All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at robin@thefacialistdallas.com. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit where applicable.
